On Sundays during worship service children ages 5 – 2nd grade can attend Children’s Church. Each Sunday is filled with one new discovery after another. Children experience worship, are encouraged to talk to God any time, any place. They engage the stories from the Bible to help master the concept of God Made Me, God Loves Me, and Jesus Wants to be My Friend Forever.

Kidz is our Wednesday night class for children, with a fun and safe place to learn about God, grow in faith, and enjoy time with friends.

Our Sunday School Groups come in all shapes and sizes…married couples, singles, men’s, women’s kids, no kids, the list goes on! No matter where you are in life, it is important to be involved in a Sunday School ! It is how we care for one another. Our goal is to create an environment where we EXPERIENCE community walking through life together. We EQUIP the believers in utilizing the Bible to lay a foundation for life-long learning and answers.

FBC Columbia’s Youth Ministry strives to offer an environment that guides students toward total commitment to Jesus Christ. High School and Middle School ages are always welcome. This group meets during the week on Wednesdays. During the summer, activities and fundraisers are planned for their trips. During high school football season, the group meets at church after home games for 5th quarter. They also participate in the Wired Ministries every year in Dothan as well as other activities throughout the year.

Our Women’s Ministry goal is to help our women develop and nurture their relationship with Jesus Christ so that they may love and serve others.  We do this through fellowship, studying, praying, and serving together inside AND outside the physical walls of the church.
